No matter how small or big your hungry crew is, we’ve got your corporate catering needs sorted. We’re sure you have some questions, so to help you figure it all out, we’ve pulled together some FAQs that might avoid a couple of huh? moments.

Q: How can I order corporate catering?

A: Placing an order is easy online. Just head to our catering page, select from our menu options, choose your serving size and quantities, then add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can also call your nearest store to discuss any of your catering needs.

Q: Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

A: We sure do, we’re more than happy to accommodate any special dietary needs your team or guests may have. Remember, we make everything from scratch! Just be sure to ask by submitting a catering enquiry form.

Q: Can you order things not on the menu?

A: We do accept special catering requests. Send us an online enquiry detailing what you’re after and we’ll be in touch to discuss your requirements.

Q: Do you just do lunch catering?

A: Office lunch catering isn’t all we do. We can whip up delicious bites for breakfast meetings, morning teas, board meetings, birthday celebrations or special occasions, afternoon teas or social club get togethers. You name it, we can do it.

Q: Is there a minimum quantity for ordering catering?

A: There is no minimum order, however when you select from our catering menu, you will notice there are pre-set serving size options for you to choose from.

Q: How do I know how much to order?

A: All of our menu items have a serving recommendation, so if you know roughly how many people you’re catering for, you’ll be able to calculate how many pieces of each item you’ll need to order. If you’re still unsure, give us a call and we’ll happily talk you through your portions.

Q: Can I place orders in advance?

A: Absolutely! We require at least 24 hours notice to ensure we can accommodate your request. All orders need to be placed by 11am for next day pick up or delivery. When placing your order online you can specify what date you require catering for. 

Q: How do I modify or cancel an order?

A: Orders can be modified or cancelled until 24 hours prior to the date you requested. Any cancellations after this may incur expenses and is subject to our discretion. If you want to modify your order, give us a call so that we can discuss your changes.

Q: Who prepares the food?

A: Our expert front of house team will lovingly prepare your catering from scratch using the freshest ingredients.

Q: Does the food come hot or cold?

A: It’s totally up to you! If you’re ordering any of our classic favs or party mix food, we can serve them hot and ready for you to tuck into, or cold should you be serving your food later in the day.

Q: How does the food come served?

A: When placing your order you can choose from having your food served on platters or in takeaway boxes.

Q: Where do I pick up my order?

A: You’ll be prompted at checkout where you would like to pick up your catering. You can choose from 4 tasty locations – Pinjarra, Waroona, Maddington or Port Kennedy. 

Q: Can I get my catering order delivered?

A: Yes, we do deliver, however you’ll need to request this by adding a note in your order. We’ll then contact you about the associated delivery fees.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

All catering orders are paid in full upfront when placing your order. At the moment we only accept credit card payments VISA & Mastercard

Q: Who do I contact if I need help with placing an order?
