PICK UP FROM YOUR NEAREST PB

Swing by your nearest PB store to grab your order at your preferred time and date. No fuss!

Lock It In

Place your order with at least 48 hours’ notice to give our bakers time to work their magic. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the next day. Need a last-minute save? Call your nearest store, and we’ll do our best to work some pie-fuelled miracles.

We have a minimum spend of $30 for online orders.

For any changes, please contact your selected store directly to advise of the changes. If there are discrepancies in payment due to a change in the items, payment can be made over the phone, or a refund will be processed.

No problem! Email [email protected] with your request, including quantity and collection details, and we’ll chat.

If you need to cancel your catering order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be non-refundable, and 100% of the total order value (including GST) will be forfeited. We highly recommend reaching out early if plans change so we can assist where possible.
