Order Cancellations & Refunds

To cancel your catering order and request a refund or reschedule, you must call the relevant Pinjarra Bakery store directly. Cancellations cannot be accepted via email, social media or other messaging channels.

Refunds and rescheduling are not available within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup date and time. Cancellations within this period will incur a charge of 100% of the total order value, including GST.

Order cut off times

Catering: 48 Hours

Pies & Pastries: 24 Hours

Catering coupons T&Cs:

Minimum spend of $200. All orders must be placed via our website pinjarrabakery.com. Only one redemption per customer. This discount code expires 30th November 2024. This discount code only applies to catering orders.

VIP Sign up giveaway T&Cs:

To enter, simply sign up to our VIP loyalty program and complete your details. Your profile must be fully activated to be eligible for the prize. One winner will be randomly selected at the end of each month to receive a $50 Pinjarra Bakery voucher. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at sign-up. One entry per person.

Please note that whilst we endeavour to honor all catering orders processed through our online store- we are currently very short staffed, which may affect our ability to facilitate your order.

If this occurs, you will be contacted by a store representative to discuss alternate pick up times or to arrange a full refund of your order.
