Our pies are renowned for their quality, delectable fillings, and unique flavour combinations, making them a crowd favourite. And we’re not just saying that – Pinjarra Bakery has won the Best Meat Pie in Australia title twice, in 2019 and 2021.

But that’s not all we have to offer. Our selection of freshly made wraps and crusty baguettes enjoyed with our signature Baker’s Blend coffee brewed locally over Jarrah wood fire, is simply unbeatable. And if you’re planning a work function or special event, our in-house catering service will ensure it’s a tasty success.

PB is never too far away, with four locations in Pinjarra, Waroona, Maddington, and Port Kennedy. Exciting expansion plans are in place for 2025—watch this space.

Meet the Family

Larry Pantaleo

Co-Founder & CEO

Larry is the founder and visionary behind Pinjarra Bakery, and has over 40 years of experience in entrepreneurship and business. He has worked in various industries such as delis, real estate, and other retail ventures.

Larry is passionate about designing store layouts, sourcing equipment, negotiating produce supply agreements and developing products. He is committed to maintaining the highest quality products and services.

Larry has played a significant role in the expansion and development of all PB retail stores, as well as the new state-of-the-art bakehouse and PB HQ.

Narda Pantaleo

Co-founder & Director of HR

Narda is one of the co-founders of Pinjara Bakery, and she takes care of all our HR-related activities.

She manages our front-of-house operations, including recruitment, training, and development. Narda also plays a vital role in refining both operating and company policies, systems and procedures.

Narda has overseen the expansion and store layout design for all our retail stores.

Jodie Pantaleo

Director of Branding, Marketing & Communications

Jodie has been an integral part of Pinjarra Bakery for over 17 years- establishing, developing, and nurturing PB’s unique brand personality and positioning.

As the lead creative, Jodie oversees all aspects of the marketing department, including strategic planning, campaign activation, content creation, social media, and various digital components.

Jodie’s energy, business experience, and exceptional communication skills enable her to remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends, keeping PB at the forefront of customers’ hearts and minds.

Jodie’s go-to pie: Satay Chicken and Vegetable  

Daniel Pantaleo

Head of Franchise

Dan is the head of franchising at Pinjarra Bakery, where he manages the franchising department and leads the group’s strategic planning and digital transformation efforts.

In addition to his extensive business experience, Dan is a successful property developer and venture capitalist who offers funding and strategic guidance to both mature and early-stage companies with high growth potential.

Daniel’s go-to pie: Bacon Double Cheeseburger

Paul Pantaleo

Chief Pie Maker

Paul has been an integral part of the Pinjarra Bakery Bakehouse team for over 18 years. With his strong work ethic and pastry skills, he quickly rose to become the Chief Pie Master and Production Manager.

In his role, Paul manages the bakehouse production, trains key staff, develops new products, and enhances the bakery’s operating systems.

He is recognized as one of the most talented Pie Masters in Australia, winning numerous awards for his standout work, including two-time National Award Winner for the Official ‘Best Meat Pie’ in Australia.
