The inspiration behind the OG Baker is our one and only founder- Larry Pantaleo. 

Taking our design queues from the original PB logo, local creative wizard Peche Prasad recreated the OG Baker to champion our iconic product- the humble meat pie, and highlighted subtle but defining features such as Larry’s gap tooth and baker’s hat engraved with his nickname from back in the day- Big L. 

And how’s the serenity of our 1997 tagline- SO FRESH. SO NICE. SO GOOD. Pretty sure Larry came up with that one all on his own…pure poetry.
