Our gourmet pies aren’t just a twist on an Aussie icon—they’re a passport to new tastes and experiences, baked fresh and ready to delight. We’ve reimagined the traditional pie whilst staying true to the classic elements that make our pies irresistible: buttery, flaky pastry and generous hearty fillings.

When it comes to the pastry let’s get one thing straight—some things are best left untouched. That golden-brown, flaky, buttery goodness remains the backbone of any great pie. Our bakers draw on global flavours, creating pies that blend the familiar with the exotic. Think creamy chicken curry, smoky bacon and eggs, veggies and gooey cheese or the classic steak and gravy. The possibilities are endless, and the results? Always mouth-watering.

And isn’t that what food is all about? A perfectly baked pie filled with rich, comforting flavours can transport you anywhere and everywhere, straight to your happy place.

Take our “Kung Fu Fighter Pie” for instance, filled with chicken satay, the nutty flavour of satay brings your tastebuds to Java, Indonesia where satay originated. A bite of this gourmet pie will have you imagining yourself relaxing on the beach in Bali, or wandering the streets of Jakarta. Our “G’day Bombay Pie” brings the taste of India to Pinjarra bakery with a chicken curry and vegetable filling. The spices from the filling will have you wandering the streets of Mumbai or standing in front of the world wonder that is the Taj Mahal.
